Product Details

The 2nd class Iron Cross also known as the EKII was awarded for a single act of bravery in battle, or a distinguished action above and beyond the call of duty.

In 1957 a series of awards were re-designed with the removal of the swastika, which allowed WW2 veterans serving in the newly formed Bundeswehr to wear medals they had earned previously.

The medal also comes with 6 inches of the according Iron Cross ribbon.
