Shipping & Delivery
UK delivery - in most cases orders will be dispatched by next day courier, or sometimes by 1st class recorded mail/special next day delivery depending on the weight/address.
Overseas delivery - all orders will be dispatched by courier or by international signed for/airsure airmail.
In all cases delivery will be secure and tracked, please note a signature will be required on delivery.
Privacy & Security
Customer privacy is very important to us and will treat your personal information in accordance with the UK data protection laws, to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and used lawfully. The data which you supply to us will be used by us and our processors to fulfil your order and to provide you with the best possible service.  Please refer to the Privacy Policy page for further details.
Returns & Replacements
Goods may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be undamaged and not used. If possible, please contact us before returning any goods so we can advise as to the best method of return. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage/dispatch as we will not accept responsibility for parcels which are lost in transit.
Please note we are not responsible for cost of return postage unless the items delivered are faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible should this occur.  Please allow seven working days for returns to be processed once they reach us. 
If it is an international return, please clearly label the package "Return of damaged Goods" for customs purposes as the company will not pay import duty on returned goods.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We can accept payment for orders by any of the following methods
- Credit card via secure server - Mastercard, Visa and Visa Debit
- Bank Transfer
- Cheque (UK Customers only)
All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisations by the card issuer.
If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for the delay/non-delivery of your order.
Card payments will be processed by the secure and safe SagePay Payment Gateway. 
Regalia Company subscribes to the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode password-protected identity-checking services for your additional security.
Product prices will be displayed once your account has been activated.
Shipping charges will be displayed before payment is made.
All information regarding pricing discounts and promotions will be detailed upon activation of your account.
Viewing Orders
Activated users will be able to view and track orders through the account management system.  To view an order you have just placed, or any previous orders, go to your account by clicking the "My Account" button at the top right of the website.
When you login to your account with your e-mail and password, all your account information and order history can be seen. From these pages you can also change any account information.
Updating Account Information
Activated users of the Regalia Company website can update their account information from the user account administration system, simply go to "My Account" to access this service.  Registered users are responsible for ensuring their account information is kept up to date.  If you have any questions regarding your account please do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to help.
